Message is read in percent of opening time to total time and is related to rpm. So since pulseidth was about 2 at idle and .75 at speed (closed throttle, in gear), it makes sense that the fuel is even less than idle when coasting in gear. Here are the .log files for anyone with datascan,datalog viewer. You can play the video smoothly if you have those programs.
